RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. To receive a full refund, item(s) to be returned must be in new  condition. We will require all packaging, remotes, accessories, and  manuals upon return, and the goods  be in new and re-saleable condition.

Conditions for returns: 

  • Damaged items or items without packaging or accessories may not be returned for credit or refund. 
  • We may assess a restocking fee (typically 20%) for items with missing or damaged packaging that render the product non-resalable as a new item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Items being returned must be shipped at the customers expense. COD shipments will not be accepted. All items being returned are the responsibility of the customer until the goods arrive safely to us. Goods must be shipped in such a fashion as to reasonably protect them from damage during shipping. Unsecured or incorrectly packed  items are subject to refusal and will be returned at the customers expense.

 All returns must receive approval prior to return. 

    To get a return/exchange authorization, simply call or email sales@glubes.ca. You will have a real person to talk to as our goal remains to provide the best service throughout the entire process. Any items being returned to our store must be returned by the original purchaser, and must include a copy of the sales receipt. 

Please note that any special-order items, open headphones, or items that have been installed in custom applications (ie: in-wall/ ceiling/ outdoor speakers, custom accessories or speaker wire) are not returnable for a exchange or refund.
